In the dean’s office of your faculty, you will arrange most of the university formalities: a certificate of study, registration for the next semester of study, applications for the prolongation of the exam session or the retaking of a course. In the case of any questions or problems, employees of the dean’s office will also refer you to other university units, where you will arrange other matters. Information about your courses (lectures, classes, laboratory sessions, practical and sports classes), as well as places where they are held and lecturers who conduct them are available at your student account.
Each year of students has a dedicated adviser in the dean’s office.
The Dean’s Office provides support for students in the following areas:
- all matters related to the course of study, except scholarships,
- receiving applications addressed to the Dean and Vice-Deans: changes in the course of studies, leaves, Individual Course of Studies, extension of the examination session, conditional enrollment for the semester, enrollment in classes,
- prolonging the validity of the student ID card,
- issuing certificates of student status,
- issuing graduation diplomas and professional qualifications. certificates.
